Cloud Computing Services

Software as a Service (SaaS) Layer

In this model software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes referred to as "on-demand software".SaaSis typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser. Our e-commerce solution Cogentwebapps is available as a service.

Flexible payments: Rather than purchasing our software to install, or additional hardware to support it, you can subscribe to our SaaS offering. Generally, you pay for this service on a monthly basis using a pay as you go model. Transitioning costs to a recurring operating expense allows many businesses to exercise better and more predictable budgeting. You can also terminate SaaS offerings at any time to stop those recurring costs.

Scalable usage: Being a Cloud service, SaaS offer high scalability, which gives our customers the option to access more, or fewer, services or features on-demand.

Automatic updates: Rather than purchasing new software, you can rely on our SaaS service to automatically perform updates and patch management. This further reduces the burden on your in-house IT staff.

Accessibility and persistence: Our SaaS applications are delivered over the Internet, you can access them from any Internet-enabled device and location.

Platform as a Service (PaaS) Layer

In this category we provide a platform allowing you to develop, run, and manage applications without the complexity of building and maintaining the infrastructure typically associated with developing and launching an app.

We provide PaaS in two ways: as a public cloud service from a provider, where the consumer controls software deployment with minimal configuration options, and we provide the networks, servers, storage, OS, 'middle ware' (i.e.; java run-time, .net run-time, integration, etc.), database and other services to host the consumer's application; or as a private service (software or appliance) inside the firewall, or as software deployed on a public infrastructure as a service

It greatly helps to manage web based application life cycle without the hassle of hosting, purchase and management. It reduces the time of product to market.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Layer – In this cloud computing model we provide a virtualize computing resources over the Internet. You can rent infrastructure facilities such as storage, networking, and data center space.

We host hardware, software, servers, storage and other infrastructure components on behalf of you. We also host your applications and handle tasks including system maintenance, backup and resiliency planning.

Our IaaS platforms offer highly scaleable resources that can be adjusted on-demand. This makes our IaaS well-suited for workloads that are temporary, experimental or change unexpectedly.

Our IaaS environment enable the automation of administrative tasks, dynamic scaling, desktop virtualization and policy-based services. You can pay on a per-use basis, typically by the hour, week or month. This pay-as-you-go model eliminates the capital expense of deploying in-house hardware and software.
